  • Transfer to Cerro Catedral during the winter season as a Hotel courtesy

  • Daily activities organized by the “Baqueanos” Guide Department

  Family Plan: 30% discount on children under 18 years old occupying additional rooms or sharing an apartment with their parents.

  Half Board: (fee per person, per night): U$D 25.-

  “Baqueano” Guide Department: The “Baqueanos” are bilingual guides, who are experts in outdoor activities. Natural hosts who accompany and guide guests for a more enjoyable stay.

  Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Confirmation subject to availability.

• CONFIRMATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT:

  For booking confirmation you are required to prepay 50% of your stay fee. Balance should be paid 30 days before check-in at the Hotel.
  Within less than 30 days terms full payment is required 48 hours after booking.

  CANCELLATION POLICY for INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS:

  The following penalties will be implemented for cancellations:

  • 30 to 20 days before arrival at the hotel: U$D 70.
  • 19 to 10 days before arrival at the hotel: 50% of total booking value.
  • 09 to 0 days before arrival at the hotel: 100% of total booking value.
  
  

  CANCELLATION POLICY for GROUPS*:

  The following penalties will be implemented for cancellations:

  • 60 to 30 days before arrival at the hotel: U$D 50 per room.
  • 29 to 15 days before arrival at the hotel: 50% of total booking value.
  • 14 to 0 days before arrival at the hotel: 100% of total booking value.

  * 6-room bookings or more are considered Group bookings.-
